More About the Ascend Program

This 12-month program is where we transition you into the Visionary Role whilst developing your Integrator. Regardless of whether you already have an Integrator within your team or need to recruit one, this program provides the support you both need. Collectively, we work on strengthening your growth strategy, and ensure you have the right team, systems and processes in place to achieve the financial goals.

Your program starts with a 3hr Strategy Session, with you, your Integrator and Thrive's very own Integrator. This session will identify the longer term business goals and the key priorities for the year ahead (broken down into quarterly targets).

You'll then have your Mindset Transformation Session with our Mindset Coach. This session addresses the potential blocks that are now coming up for you as you step into a different role within your business. Over the next 12 months you have access to 7 more Mindset Sessions for you to take advantage of as you need them. You can also choose to gift one or more of these sessions to your Integrator.

From here you will have Monthly Visionary Mastermind Sessions with Katie Bell and your Integrator will have Monthly Integrator Mastermind Sessions with Thrive's COO & Integrator.

You and your Integrator will also have access to everything within the Elevate Program (Weekly Q&A Sessions, Monthly Mindset Masterclasses, Quarterly In-Person Strategy Days and Quarterly Online Strategic Planning Sessions).

You'll both be given access to our online portal with bite-sized training videos for foundational knowledge and time-saving examples.

You'll be invited to join the Visionary WhatsApp Group and your Integrator invited to join the Integrator WhatsApp Group. This is where you can connect with your fellow Visionaries and Katie for further insights and support. Likewise your Integrator can connect with other Integrators and Thrive's Integrator.

The way we structure this program means you and your Integrator are never more than 6 days away from speaking to one of our coaches and getting the support you both need.

PLUS as an Ascend Member you'll be given a FREE place on one of our Therapist Transformation Courses. This course allows us to train your team on the non-clinical skills to boost client conversions, retention, and overall sales revenue.
